Chloe Thirkettle Joins Greater Summerville Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce as Director of Investor Engagement

The Greater Summerville Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the addition of Chloe Thirkettle as the new Director of Investor Engagement.


In this key role, Chloe will focus on strengthening relationships with local businesses and ensuring their voices are heard within the Chamber's initiatives.


A proud graduate of Charleston Southern University, Chloe brings both a strong educational background and a lifelong passion for the Summerville community. Growing up in the area, she developed a deep love for her hometown and has since dedicated herself to fostering its growth and vitality. Chloe’s commitment to supporting local businesses and making a positive impact on the community makes her a valuable asset to the Chamber.

South Carolina is developing a new statewide education and workforce portal—a centralized platform to help employers connect with talent, training resources, and workforce development partners. Your input is critical in shaping the features of this portal to best meet the needs of businesses like yours. This survey will help us identify the most valuable features for employers and how the portal can complement or enhance your existing tools. Your feedback will directly influence the development and prioritization of key features. The survey is open and will close by EOB on Monday, November 10, 2025 .
