TargetMarket acquires Daniel Island marketing agency, Digico

Ashley McGee • August 26, 2020
TargetMarket, a Charleston-based digital marketing agency, has announced the acquisition of Digico Agency. The announcement comes just one week after TargetMarket announced the acquisition of The Modern Connection.

Founded in 2012, Digico Agency positioned itself as a digital-first focused agency specializing in web development and digital marketing for businesses both in and outside of the Charleston market.

“Personally and professionally, the opportunity to merge with TargetMarket came at the perfect time for us,” said Ashley Adorno, co-founder of Digico.

Both Sean and Ashley Adorno will stay on board as consultants, and all employees from Digico Agency have been retained. TargetMarket will have two office locations in Summerville and Daniel Island, and a satellite office in Raleigh, N.C.

“This year, TargetMarket learned quickly how to navigate the most disruptive event of our lifetime,” said Nick Nydegger, founder and CEO of TargetMarket. “We were fortunate to find ourselves in a unique position poised for growth. With a larger, highly-skilled and talented team, we look forward to helping even more businesses use digital resources to achieve their goals.”
