William H. Waring, III joins Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A.

Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A. is pleased to announce that William H. Waring, III has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Summerville office.


Waring will focus his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, personal injury, and wrongful death.


Prior to joining Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., Waring was an attorney at a prominent local firm where his focus was entirely devoted to civil litigation.


Waring attended Furman University for his undergraduate studies. He received his juris doctorate, cum laude, in 2006 at the Cumberland School of Law. Both Waring and his wife Molly were born and raised in Summerville where they are raising their three children.
