BEAUFORT, SC (May 9, 2023) - Davis & Floyd, Inc., a leading engineering firm in South Carolina, announced today it has acquired Andrews Engineering Company, Inc., a respected Beaufort-based engineering firm. The acquisition is part of Davis & Floyd's strategic plan to expand its capabilities and services in the coastal region of South Carolina.

Andrews Engineering, founded in 1990 by Steve Andrews, has established a reputation for providing high-quality engineering services to public and private sectors in the Lowcountry. The firm specializes in civil engineering, surveying, land planning, and construction management. Under the terms of the acquisition, Andrews Engineering will be integrated into Davis & Floyd's existing Beaufort office with all employees joining the Davis & Floyd team. Andrews will serve as a Vice President and Beaufort Office Leader.
