(North Charleston, SC) The Peper Allstate Agency has been purchased by Adrienne and Charlie Frizzell. The agency was originally founded in 1968 as the Bradley Agency, with Steve Peper taking over in 2002. The May acquisition of the 53-year-old agency is the realization of a goal for the Frizzell’s to own an established business and grow it in this booming market.

While the newly named Frizzell Allstate Agency will remain in its longtime office location at 2128 Ashley Phosphate Rd., Charlie said the company has an entirely new staff that is dedicated to providing the best customer experience through new product offerings, competitive rates, and the best possible customer service.

The Frizzell Allstate Agency boasts an impressive portfolio covering 1,900 households and 3,300 policies across the Lowcountry. The agency also insures many area businesses, and a particular goal of the company is to expand its commercial presence.

“Allstate’s commercial offering and payment structure are the best I’ve seen in the industry for small businesses. Proper commercial coverages and Allstate’s easy monthly premium payment plan eliminates the need for premium financing and the associated interest rates,” Mr. Frizzell, who has an extensive background in commercial insurance, said.

“We are taking our combined 50 years of experience working in the Charleston marketplace to serve our clients and our employees in a way that we feel is right,” Mrs. Frizzell, a 1992 College of Charleston graduate, explained. “We understand our role in the community as a longtime business, and we want to be a place where our team loves coming to work and our clients want to come visit.”
