The award recognizes local employers that provide and/or participate in career development opportunities or partnerships that focus on the future work world.

As leaders and corporate partners in Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester Counties, you understand the critical role a well-prepared workforce plays in our economic vitality. 


Therefore, with grand regard, the Trident RECAB congratulates Sanders Brothers Construction as the 2025 Employer of Education Excellence!  The award recognizes local employers that provide and/or participate in career development opportunities or partnerships that focus on the future work world. 


Thank you, Sanders Brothers Construction, for participating in focused careers sessions with school counselors to discuss industry trends, workforce needs, and how best to prepare students for the future.  Sanders Brothers Construction shared real-world experiences and valuable feedback to help students develop essential interview skills, technical and soft skills, and also inspired students to explore diverse career paths.

Corporate neighbors, there is still time!  Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester Counties are encouraged to nominate local employers who offer career development opportunities in the region.  In addition, the regional award recipient will be automatically nominated for the SC Workforce Champion award presented in the fall of 2026.
