Biennial survey of area firms' common benefits and compensation practices

The Charleston Regional Development Alliance - in collaboration with the regional Chambers of Commerce -  are conducting a biennial survey of area firms' common benefits and compensation practices.

The study will include companies of all types across Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester Counties.

We appreciate your participation in this confidential survey by JUNE 16 (individual responses remain confidential) so that we can provide you with a complimentary copy of the aggregated survey results by end of June 2023.

The survey link is now live here:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SFR7H5C

~The survey should take about 20 to 30 minutes to complete. If some questions do not apply to your company’s operations, simply skip them.

~If there is someone else in your organization who you believe could better answer the survey, please forward this survey link to them.

~Please feel free to share the survey link with colleagues at other firms in the Charleston Metro Area to increase participation. The more companies that participate, the more robust the compensation study results will be.
