New state-of-the-art facility in downtown Summerville brings new jobs.

Summerville, SC - Quality Marble, a trusted name in stone fabrication and installation since 1993, is proud to announce the groundbreaking of its new state-of-the-art facility in downtown Summerville, located at 1038 West Richardson Avenue.

This multi-million dollar investment marks a major milestone not only for the company but for the continued growth and revitalization of the downtown Summerville area. The new facility will bring new jobs, expanded services, and a dynamic destination for builders, interior designers, and homeowners throughout the Southeast.

The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on April 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with Mayor Russ Touchberry, members of town council, and company owner Nikki White in attendance to celebrate this exciting development.

As a woman-owned business, Quality Marble continues to lead with innovation and long-term investment in the region, reinforcing its commitment to both craftsmanship and community growth.

The new Quality Marble headquarters is designed to be far more than a fabrication shop. The thoughtfully planned space will include:

  • A curated designer showroom showcasing premium stone selections and finished applications

  • Dedicated workspace for interior designers, builders, and clients to collaborate and select materials

  • A beautifully maintained event-ready space for industry gatherings, launches, and community events

  • An expansive slab yard featuring a wide selection of natural and engineered stone

This facility will serve as a true one-stop destination for all things stone, offering solutions for:

  • Indoor kitchens and baths
  • Outdoor kitchens and hardscapes
  • Custom residential and builder-grade projects

With over three decades of experience, Quality Marble has built a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and innovation. This expansion reflects the company’s long-term commitment to investing in the Summerville community and supporting the region’s growing demand for high-quality design and construction resources.

“This project represents the future of Quality Marble,” said owner Nikki White. “We are creating a space where inspiration, craftsmanship, and community come together — a place where homeowners, designers, and builders can experience materials in a way that elevates every project.”

Local media, trade professionals, and community members are invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony and be part of this exciting new chapter for Summerville.
