This will be 7-Eleven’s first location in the Nexton area. 

CHARLESTON, SC – March 2024 – NAI Charleston is pleased to announce that ±3.2 AC was sold at Nexton Parkway and Scholar Way. The land parcel is surrounded by forthcoming popular retailers Harris Teeter and Publix, as well as First Citizens Bank. First Citizens Bank & Trust Company was the seller, represented by David Grubbs, SIOR and Dino Piccini of Cushman & Wakefield. Encore Development, the buyer, purchased the site for a 7-Eleven convenience store, car wash, and other retail. This will be 7-Eleven’s first location in the Nexton area. The buyer was represented by Micah Groeber of Atlantic Retail. The property sold for $3,264,682.
