Casey will be responsible for building lasting relationships with key accounts.

CHARLESTON, S.C. - Tripp Casey, the former Senior Account Manager of Knight's Companies, was recently promoted to Area Sales Manager, effective immediately.

Casey is originally from St. Mary’s, Georgia, but moved to the Savannah area in 2020 when the Knight’s South market was just getting started and helped with its inception.

In his new role as Area Sales Manager, Casey will be responsible for building lasting relationships with key accounts, continuing to build and grow the company’s market share and business and getting more involved in the long-term strategies and day-to-day management of Area Account Managers with a localized focus on the South region.

Casey attended Camden County High School and graduated in 1998, which was the same year he got his first taste of the concrete industry. Needing a summer job, he went to work at a familyfrie nd’s ready-mix and masonry company chipping mortar off antique bricks for $0.25 per brick.

Over time, he learned how to drive a loader, batch concrete, operate a mixer truck, and how hard work leads to better opportunities. Having worked in so many diverse concrete positions, Casey brings a significant amount of industry experience to his new role.

“My goal is to make the South the most profitable market for Knight’s Redi-Mix,” he said.

When he’s not at work, Casey loves fishing, playing golf and “absolutely loves” spending time with his family.
