SOS Care is proud to bring Walk for the Lowcountry to Wannamaker County Park for the first time. Walk for the Lowcountry will consist of a 1 mile walk which starts promptly at 11am. After the fun walk, we will return to the Tupelo Shelter for food that can be purchased by 3 different food vendors with 10% of the proceeds from each truck benefiting the SOS Care Lowcountry clinic! The North Charleston Police Dept K9 and SWAT will be on hand to interact with the children and also, Princess Elsa will make an appearance for a socially distanced meet-and-greet. Raffle prizes and giveaways will be available as well.

You may pre-register for the event on our website at: http://bit.ly/soslowcountrywalk. A link to this site is available directly on our Facebook page at Walk for the Lowcountry | Facebook. Pre-registration is preferred but day-of registration will be available. Cost for $30 for individuals and $65 for families. All money goes directly to SOS Care.   There is a $2 per person fee imposed by the Charleston County Parks and Recreation Department that must be paid upon entry to Wannamaker Park.

Please come help us to launch our Lowcountry clinic! We want to be able to help more families and this is a great way to do it. Help us empower those with disabilities because INDEPENDENCE STARTS HERE!
