Small Business Day at the State House

Bob Morgan • April 2, 2024

This event is free and open to the public.

We are excited to invite you and your chamber members to the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Day at the Statehouse presented by BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

We took your feedback from last year’s event into account and have added to the agenda to make this a jam-packed day for everyone attending. The day begins with a Legislator Breakfast Panel discussion in the BCBS Boardroom in our office (1301 Gervais Street, Suite 1100, Columbia, SC 29201). Coffee, pastries, and good conversations will be provided free of charge.

We will then walk over to the South Carolina Statehouse (1100 Gervais Street, Columbia, SC 29208) and gather to hear from Governor McMaster and others. Afterward, we have an option for those attending to take a tour of the SC Statehouse or connect with their local representatives. To close out the day, we will split the group up to watch and be recognized by the General Assembly. We are also in the works to have a spot available for a drop-in networking lunch at a local restaurant.

This event is free and open to the public. If you have any questions please reach out to our Events Manager, Batavia Senteno, [email protected] .

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, April 30th for SC Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Day at the Statehouse!
