Experienced Industry Professionals Join to Lead Charleston and Upstate Offices

COLUMBIA, S.C. [June 2, 2025] – Heritage, a leading provider of outdoor services and sustainable landscape solutions for South Carolina businesses, has announced the hiring of two new regional managers to support the company’s continued growth across the state.

Krysta Marshall joins Heritage as Regional Manager for the Charleston office and will lead operations across the Lowcountry. She brings more than a decade of landscaping experience in the Charleston area. Marshall earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Temple University and is known for her expertise in sustainable landscape design, including the use of native plants and electric equipment in sensitive coastal communities.

“Heritage’s strong family values and passion for quality are what drew me here,” said Marshall. “I’m excited to bring that same energy and commitment to our clients and teams in Charleston.”

Adam Gleason joins as Regional Manager for Heritage’s Upstate operations, bringing nearly 25 years of hands-on experience in the landscape industry. Gleason has served in leadership roles including Operations Manager, Account Manager, and Branch Manager. He holds degrees in both Horticulture and Business and is a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT), reflecting his dedication to professional standards and industry best practices.

“I was drawn to Heritage by its people-first culture and family-owned roots,” said Gleason. “This is a company where values matter, and I’m excited to lead a high-performing team and continue building strong client relationships across the Upstate.”

The addition of Marshall and Gleason strengthens the company’s presence in key markets and reinforces its commitment to operational excellence and sustainable landcare.

“We’re excited to welcome Krysta and Adam to the Heritage leadership team,” said Ashley McLeod, President of Heritage. “Their deep industry experience and shared commitment to client service, team development, and sustainable practices make them a great fit for our company culture.”
