537 OMNI INDUSTRIAL BLVD, JEDBURG, SC – Peter Fennelly, SIOR, MCR, SLCR, Simons Johnson, SIOR, MCR, CCIM, Hagood Morrison, MBA, SIOR, & Tim Raber of Bridge Commercial represented the Landlord, a Chicago-based partnership between Clarius Partners and Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, in the 587,720 SF lease at 537 Omni Industrial Blvd in Jedburg.
