Katrina Jamison is a leadership and business strategist supporting newly promoted female corporate executives and female entrepreneurs.  A pharmacist by education, Katrina had a successful corporate career that spanned almost two decades.  During her 12 years with the world’s largest retailer, she was promoted 5 times, won multiple company awards, had P&L responsibility overseeing $5 billion in revenue and thousands of associate lives, and was living out her plan of retiring from the organization.

It was her last promotion into the executive ranks that changed her entire professional trajectory.  She, like so many other new female executives, thought the executive seat would allow her to finally stop sacrificing and start living her life.  Yet Katrina found herself struggling to find her voice, feel deserving of the role, and resolve the shame she felt for being unprepared to “exec correctly.”   After scrambling for a few months, she quickly realized performance was the only solution; she created her executive brand and excelled.  However, the experience left a lasting impression.  She realized she couldn’t sit back and allow other amazingly talented women to struggle, doubt, or give up.  This was the kickstart to Legend Leaders.

Since its inception, Legend Leaders has existed to help women eliminate their executive leadership struggles (in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds) by teaching them to create and strengthen their leadership skills.
