Better understand how local employers are supporting and rewarding their workforce

Help Shape Our Region’s Workforce Strategy

The area Chambers and Charleston Regional Development Alliance have teamed to launch the
2025 Compensation & Benefits Practices Survey — and we need your input.

This biannual survey helps us better understand how local employers are supporting and rewarding their teams. The insights collected will guide smarter workforce strategies and strengthen our region’s talent pipeline.

 Survey Details:

  • Open: July 14 – August 1, 2025
  • Who Should Participate: HR professionals or those with access to compensation and benefits data
  • Time Commitment: 15–25 minutes
  • Confidential: All responses are confidential and only shared in aggregate
  • Get Results: Receive a complimentary copy of the final report by entering your email at the end

Know someone better suited to complete the survey? Please forward it to them.

Want to boost regional impact? Share the survey with your peers at other organizations. The survey can be found here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/comp_benefits_2025_dorchesterchamber
