7th Annual Women's Luncheon presented by REV Federal Credit Union

Rebecca Collett • March 16, 2026

The event welcomed leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals for an afternoon of meaningful connections and inspiration.

A perfect way to kick off the month of March, businesswomen from across the community gathered at the Pavilion at Middleton Place for the Chamber’s annual Women’s Luncheon.

Leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals came together for an afternoon of connection and inspiration.

Keynote speaker Karen Freer, a globally respected semiconductor engineer who now calls Summerville home, shared her message of “Upgrading”—a powerful reminder that when women recognize their worth, invest in themselves, and intentionally pour their knowledge into others, they create momentum that lifts everyone around them.

From her work with innovative startups to her 13-year career at Apple leading groundbreaking technology like Face ID and advanced optical sensors, Karen’s journey encouraged attendees to continually level up, strengthen their networks, and support the growth of those around them.

We are so thankful for our sponsors that ensure we continue this meaningful event each year.
