Kim Kinney-Tornabene

A proud lifelong connection to Summerville, I have a deep love and appreciation for this beautiful, historic town that I am fortunate to call home. I graduated from Summerville High School and went on to earn my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Family is at the center of my life. I am the proud mother of three boys, two of whom proudly served as United States Marines, and the grandmother of 13 grandchildren, who are truly the loves of my life. I treasure every moment I get to spend with them. I am blessed to share this journey of life with my husband, who is my partner in all of life’s adventures.

With 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have found my greatest joy in meeting people, building relationships, and helping others. I love hearing people’s stories, making connections, and being there to support others as they navigate their personal and professional journeys. That is one of the many reasons I love serving as a Chamber Ambassador. Being able to welcome new members, make meaningful connections, and help others feel a part of our community is incredibly rewarding.

When I’m not working or volunteering, I enjoy making the most of life with family and friends. You can often find me at the beach, out boating, traveling, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying the open road on my motorcycle.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as a Chamber Ambassador and to play a small part in helping our local business community and the wonderful

people who make Summerville such a special place to live, work, and grow.
